GENERAL
◦ By commissioning me in any way or purchasing any of my art/adopts, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.◦ Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.◦ The client understands that there is no physical item associated with this transaction.◦ Any ill behavior will not be tolerated; your commission will be cancelled if it occurs. I reserve the right to decline your commission.◦ I, the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that I provided.PAYMENTS
◦ All commissions must be paid in full upfront (unless otherwise agreed, NO Cryptocurrencies).◦ You may not resell any commission(s) received from me with a Non Fungible Token (NFT) or through any form of cryptocurrency.◦ You may not use any of my art for AI training.◦ COMMERCIAL PRICE: The fee will be 2-3x the original price. I still have copyright over the art.◦ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.◦ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.◦ I also reserve the right to file a complaint, and the rights to your money that you have given me.REVISIONS
◦ I start on the requested art only after I get the payment.◦ If the invoice has not been paid within seven days, I will cancel it as well as the commission.◦ Work In Progress (WIP) will be given to the commissioner at the sketching stage and lineart + base colour stage. If the commission is in sketch form, WIP will only be given at the sketch stage.◦ Once the sketch is approved, no more major changes can be made.◦ Until the lineart/colouring stage, small changes are allowed to be made. (eg. colouring/marking mistakes)◦ Any other changes will come with an extra charge. (eg. outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, etc.) I will not make any changes once I finish the commission.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
◦ The time for your commission to be completed within the max of 2 months. The usual turnaround is around a week.◦ Completion of commissions can take up to a month or more due to: waitlist, complexity, personal issues, and so on. I will notify you beforehand if any of the above happens!INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
◦If the client requests characters of IPs not belonging to them (e.g. fanart of existing characters), they are solely responsible for the use of commissioned work. The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.◦ I reserve all rights to the produced drawings.◦ The commissioner is allowed to:- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.- Post the watermarked version of the art with proper credit given to the artist.◦ The commissioner is not allowed to alter the produced drawing(s) without my, the artist's, consent. Altering includes, but is not limited to, cropping/removing signatures, having another artist add on to it, animating it, etc.◦ If you infringe the copyright in any way, the rights you have to your drawing will be retracted.◦ The commissioner is not allowed to resell/repurpose their commission piece with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs).COMMUNICATION

◦ anything w a background adds at least +5 to itCel shading= base color, same shading as emotes
Rendered= Actual complex shading pieces*Prices are negotiable, giving up on edits and shading is always a option, but it all comes to negotiation. Please DM me for further questions

Every major update (like the sketch, color picking, etc.) I'll send you a screenshot of the artwork (feel free to share your opinions and criticize it)
